Eating good at breakfast

Good morning,
It's always hard to resised a sugary bowl of cerel, or maybe white toast w/ butter but i have some yummy and healthy alteritives to boost your energy and heath.

Try Flax cerel w/ strawberries it ubber yummy and beats the sugary cerel
also Try whole wheret bread.It's got tons of seeds and grains your body needs to start the day.

Remember eat more in the mornings not the evenings cause in the morning splurge you still have time to burn it off before it's to late.

and "Breakfast is the most importan meal of the day!!!!
